Good fishing guys!!! Bob knows how to put you on fish.
..........at Long Shoals this morn. We had a great time and caught a few fish too. It was my pleasure to fish with this fine young man. He is welcome in my boat anytime. 19 fish....threw back several 9 to 10 inchers.
Our best 7:
Total weight was 8' 13"
Big fish was 15 1/2 inches and weighed 1' 13"
ITH caught his personal best today. Just under 14 inches and weighed
1' 8".
What a beautiful day to be on the water. Good weather, good fishing, good fellowship, and best of all............a good friend. Thanks, my friend.

Sounds like a good day fella's. Congrats.
By they way, congrats on your personal best. That's got to feel good.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, rather to skid in sideways, body used up and totally worn out screaming 'WOO~HOO what a ride!'
Good Job Bob And Gyspy, Any Day Fishing Is A Good Day, Nice Ones On Top Of The Good Day.........
A FISH IN THE PAN IS WORTH TWO IN THE LAKE
Very nice Bob and Gypsy! Buzzy and I fished out of Bucksaw yesterday and just could not find any numbers. We ended up with 12. We ran into Gypsy at the ramp and he said you guys were fishing today.
Thanks to "Pretty" Bob's generosity, patience, and ability to find fish I had my best day in a long time. And I dont jsut mean my best day of fishing, I mean my best day period.
Thanks to all of you guys for making this visitor feel so welcome while I am here enjoying your paradise.

I told you Bob was the man, he is a great guy to fish with. Congrats on your PB!
Missouri is like paradise, I moved here from the desert too. Nothing like all of these lakes and it's GREEN here. Too bad your going to have to leave, allot of folks here say it was good getting to know you too, good luck where ever you go.

Yeah it sure does feel good. When you feel that little nibble and go to set the hook and the rod jsut stops dead casue you finally got the hook into a fish with, weight that is "the stuff". You know if you could bottle up that moment and sell it you would be as rich as Bill Gates. All that nervous, excited, and adrenaline in a bottle would be great. Until they start making that I will keep throwing a jig.
Oh and I know a pound and a half isnt much to you guys but I have been crappie fishing for all of about 6 or 8 weeks, so its good for now. Bob made it a goal to get that personal best for me today and he made good. I am going to try my best to break it at least one more time before I have to leave MO. I might have to take a couple days off in the next few weeks to get more time on the water in order to get that next big one, but it will be more than worth it.

Good job guys. Sounds like you caught some beauties.

Let's make every effort to get out at least two more times before you have to go. I am good to go any morning. Just have to be off the water by 1.
