shooting docks

when shooting docks at lake of the ozarks do your prefer 1/16 or 1/32 oz jigs?

The idea behind it is to have your bait fall as slowly as possible so they will have plenty of time to hit it on the fall. The heavier line you use, the slower it will fall as well. I use a 1/32 jig with 8lb hi-viz line. The hi-viz line will help you see that "jump" in the line when they thump it or if they pick it up and run with it.

Honestly I'm still not very good at the "shooting" part, I still have to "sling" it under the docks alot.
