    Default Table Rock Upenzeedatem 5/6

Finally decided to figure out where the crappie spawn on the James River. No time to spider rig after work over 30-50 ft with minnows and such.
Males are bedded in 6 ft. of water just on the edge of buck brush where there the bank is not very steep. Caught a bunch of males tonight. Not a single one over 10" which is good for the future. Pitchin' a Yum Beavertail Pumpkin/Char on a 1/16" oz slider head and slow rollin' it across the bottom.

Praise the Lord I love that thump.

Walked in the door at 9:00 and my oldest boy says, " ....snifff.......you smell like fish" I have a big smile and says........" YES I DO!".

Wish me Luck in Decatur. After that Kaw Lake episode 'Daddy needs a new pair of shoes.'

They've been holding Table Rock 3ft over the normal 915. Hope they keep Fortunately if they try to drop it back to 915 the beds will still be wet.

The males tails were in decent condition so it's just beginning on that part of the lake.

Thanks for the Encouragement fellas. I have the feel after last night, let's hope we have the touch tomorrow.
