Sounds good, cat. Just where is this lake located? How big is it? Boat ramp? Gas motor or TM only?

Good report. I've never been there, but wanting to go sometime within the next couple of weeks.

The lake is northeast of Macon.

According to information I looked up, there is a concrete boat ramp, outboard motors larger than 10hp allowed but must be operated at no-wake speed.
Of course, one must always check the current regulations.

The Missouri Conservation Department is a fairly good source for info.

    Area Summary

The Fishing Prospects is another Conservation source. I think they should be updating it soon for the 2009 prospects.

yes bob you are correct it does have a good ramp, and is no wake over 10 hp. ther are some good muskie in ther also, i think they have to be 42 or 44 inches to keep. i have hooked some good ones while jigging but of course i couldn't hold them. billwaub it is located about one mile north of newark, mo.
