Went out early Sunday morning and fished causeway on Hwy 79. Had 10 keepers and only a few of good size. Some guys in a boat that had fished all night said they had 63 keepers and once the clouds moved in it died. No real color on the fish yet, still pretty light. Female to male ratio was 1:1. Jig color was red and chartreuse that produced and only a few on minnows. Fish were feeding at 4' deep. Still hasn't really kicked in from what I can tell and this cold weather coming in this week will probably push them out again.:o
Thanks for the report Bob! going in the morning to see what,s going on.
