    Does anyone have a CMC tilt and trim on their boat? If so what are the pros and cons? thanks

    I have one on a 40hp Mariner and love it.

    I wouldn't say too many cons. I have had mine for 6 years and use with a 30hp yamaha. I did just have to replace the actuator (the most expensive part of the unit). Actually, I just went to Duncan OK to pick it up today. $309 later.... Haven't put it in yet but will probably do so tomorrow night or Saturday morning. Hope that cures my probs I had been having.

    I have had one on a 35 Merc for about 15 years no problems ....I love it !!!! Even put me a switch on the front deck so when I am jig fishing by myself I can lift and lower the motor and never leave the front seat.
