    Too cold to fish or work ! made some foam bugs for those BIG spring bream ie bluegills

    Nice flies. I can't believe you can get inspired to tie them with snow on the porch - that is snow, isn't it? Don't get too much of that down here in Cajun Country, so it's kinda hard to recognize.
    Anyway, you have the right plan - tie 'em when you can't fish. I've found that a Jimmy Buffet CD in the player and a rum and tonic with a twist of lime helps me ignore any adversity that might be lurking outside - hurricanes, mosquitoes, democrats, whatever. Try it.

    Thanks for the replies, still learning , experimenting with different materials, can`t wait to try them out ! half inch or so of snow, iced roads and many wrecks so stayed home , got to get me one of those Jimmy buffet CD`s !

    I hear ya there LOL, We should open the back door and let a few cold breeze's cool off those hot headed southern boys :p:p:p I'm sorry but my Momma taught me to share with my friends so when ya feel the cold breeze it's just me saying HI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
