First Saturday I have had off in 7 or 8 weeks & it rained all day. I know, I could have gone anyway & toughed it out like Redboat but I just couldn't see sitting out there in this mess. My own fault. :D

the worst part of that storm cleared here about noon today. my feet wouldnt hold the ground. all the way to the lake we had tornado warnings. went anyway. had a nice afternoon. I guess one day the weatherman will be right and I may get caught in one of thos e storms.

Today was nothing but a test of endurance! Some of us have it so bad we go fish on days like today because we'd be miserable if we didn't go. Atleast I now know I can stay dry in the rain. Had fun and caught atleast some green carp and some bream.
However my son (PJ35) made me a PB and J sandwich that taisted like a pouch full of Redman Chewing Tobaky.
Didn't know if I was to chew or spit.
I don't fish because I want to, I fish because I HAVE to !

I went to Tillery scouting for cats for a tourney last weekend and fished all night until lunchtime Sat. Can't say what I found b/c there are eyes watching this board. I predict it will take 80 lb. for two fish to win it though. Frogg Toggs work good too! Nothing like taking a nap and waking up to a screamign clicker!!
