Lake Jordan Crappie

I've been MIA from the fishing scene for a while. Lake Jordan holds memories of good slab fishing. I will be taking my kids often now that we're back. Does anyone know what has been working there. Recommendations are more than welcome.

Try around Weoka Creek entrance and north side of that creek. Look for a nice drop off on the north entrance to Weoka. Minnows, or tipped jigs. Crappie not like they use to be. My opinion is the stripes have done a lot of damage to the crappie population. I can't support that theory, it is just strange that crappie fishin slowed shortly after stripes were introduced.
