Outboard Help

Good day everyone!
Dusted out the old boat and in need of getting the old outboard a good goin over. Been sitting for 6-7 years in the garage. I live in west st. louis county, near 270 and 44. Since I've been out of the boat loop for a few years, can anyone recommend a good dealer to have the motor looked at.
It's a 99-00 Mercury 50HP. I don't live to far away from The Fishin' Hole. But not sure of their service.

Sorry, I can't help on the motor, but want to welcome you to the board. I bet you get an answer on the motor very soon.

Allens 636-464-7659 Imperial mo, Small shop,knows his stuff, very reasonable, good with older motors.

Hi,
I am a new member here, but I do look at this forum regularly.

I would highly recommend OPC in Imperial.
I have been there a few times, and I have always felt like they have been good to me. I have a 83 Mercury 115, and they are the only ones that I could find that will touch a motor that old.

I use St Charles Boat and Motor, They service both of my boats (Ar230 wake board boat and gambler bass boat) and are fast and very fair. Jerry Simms is the service manager 636-947-0106.
