    Default Loaded the boat this morning!!!


    Tried out my new Same Heaton Jigging pole.

    Caught every fish in the den.

    Didn't miss any of the thumps.

    you get the 9ft or bigger one?

    I have been using the 9ft heaton for YEARS! Best jiggin rod I know of period. Super Sensitive (that's what they are called and once you use one you will know why) yet strong enough to flip a 1.5lb crappie over the side of the boat if you have to.

    Once you go to the 10ft, the whole rod gets bigger. Still a nice one, just not near the rod the 9ft is

    I use two of the 9' and two of the 12' Sam Heaton for long line trolling and I really like them. I also use the 9' for vertical jigging.

    I got the 7 footer. I am used to handling short things.:o
