    ok guys i have been talking to burtons bait in smithville to help me out in getting 4 crappie touraments at smithville this year and then a championship fish off for then end of ther year so im tring to find out who would be and how many would be interstead in fishing them.just trying to get a ideal for permits and such

    I'd be a possible, depending on cost. I think the price to launch up there went up this year. Would be interesting to see the weights, since the bulk of the fish I see are pretty small.

    im from right across the river in IL so dont know much of Mo but would be willing to fish if it is within 2hrs...

    Smithville lake is about 4hrs west of St. louis.

    I know of two to three boats that could be there. Depending on sports schedules with the kids and all!!! I think it would be great. Lee
