To heck with work, lets go fishing.
Sorry to hear about your job. Where do you live in Atlanta? Do you have a CDL Drivers License?
i do not have cdl but i know there are compainies out there that will put you through school for it. i would be willing. tow truck service , any of that would be great .
The Oil Company I work for in Macon has an office in Chamblee but you would need experience driving a fuel truck and a CDL with Hazardous Materials endorsement. If I hear of anything in that area I will let you know.
tough job market but hang in there. Pray without ceasing. Does your wife work? The govt has programs to help you get training with pay. Deal with a Job Loss, Employment & Training Administration (ETA) - U.S. Department of Labor

wife does work, and tax refund coming up. i will be ok for 2-3 months if it gets real bad.
Bless your heart. I am so sorry. I think my company is going under and I will lose my job in the next six months. Many companies in my industry are laying off and the market is flooded with unemployed sales reps. There are about 800 applicants for every open position. I hope you find something. You are in my prayers.
Sorry to here this Allen . I work at a celing tile plant in Macon. There are rumors going around that there will be a big layoff in the next few months.
I say rescend NAFTA now and bring our jobs back home!
