    Haven't been this year either, but I will be trying real soon. The fishing there gets better the colder the temperatures get. I did really well there last winter. That lake has some really nice size crappie in it. I live in Hannibal so this lake is fairly close for me to get to and I usually come home with crappie for supper.

    The water is muddy, cold and extremely low--Associated Electric drew the lake down a few weeks ago for repairs to something. I don't think there's much happening up there right now.
