Loz 4/24
Fished last evening from 6:30 to 8:00 managed 13 keepers. Fish are on the summer pattern, most fish taken out of 14-24 foot of water. Caught fish ranging in 9"-12 1/2". But most where in the 10" to 11", the biggest was 12 1/2" female still with eggs and weighted in at just a tick under a pound. Several fish where females with whitish/yellow eggs. Looks like they are absorbing the eggs back into themselfs. Was not a good year for the spawn. Fished with jigs and scent, no minnows or nibbles. Luckly had the right color on the my rod, sense I did bring a tackle box with me. Water is a warm 75 and very clear, can see 3 to 4 foot down. Mostly went down to the minnkota dealer to get the trolling motor fixed. Got that fixed in 5 minutes and thought, I better run it through its paces and do some fish. Glad I did, might just have to go back tonight.
Sorry got the date wrong on the top it was Tuesday the 24th.
