Sickle Help

I just discovered the sickle hook jig and I am very impressed. I would like to get a few jigs w/ different size heads for standard 1-1/2" tube jigs and standard 2" grubs. Can somebody post a few pictures or a websight that shows different heads/hook size and tubes/grubs. I don't want to big or small of a hook. Thanks for any help.
