    Same here painter.. thanks for the report. Thats a nice one your grandson is holding up. He is a handsome little fellow for sure.

    The fishing was awful today.....only had five keepers. Why is it, that I am sitting up front spider rigging with three B&M rods...Pflueger Trion reels...Mr. Crappie hi vis line ..and I only catch one keeper crappie. My wife sitting in the back with a $2.00 Zebco 33 we got at a yard sale..with clear line..catches 4 keeper crappie. Life ain't fair....

    hey pop, i 've come to find that when we are tightlining, the back of the boat seems to always out fish the front...
    Remember, throw'em back unless ITZAKEEPER ....

    keeper...there must be something to that...because she normally always catch the largest crappie which she did today and more times than not the most to.

    he. he. that little fellow is working on a crappie thumb there painter. a chip off the old paint brush i'd say. they'll remember these trips. i took mine when he was young and he was ready to go sometimes after an hour or so. he stills talks about it and he doesn't even fish. good job painter.

    cant beleive theirs anything to that except for the fact i moved to the front a few trips ago to run the trolling motor sure enough seems to be more action in the back now my question is how do i get my seat back

    I saw that keeper...but are you guys fishing stationary? Or ya'll got one of those high dollar remote control trolling motors?
