Weekend shot due gas!

Well my kids had planned to come down from WR for the weekend until this afternoon when the gas price bomb got dropped on us all. Naturally they called to say they weren't coming, I think I'll just stay put myself until this bull blows over.

Ya this sucks. Almost $5 when I left WR today. At least Verizon has gone up yet.

Luckily(and I mean luckily) I bought gas this afternoon in Cochran for 3.99/gallon. It was 4.19 when I left WR at 1:30. But I would rather pay this for gas than to be in Galveston tonight. Gonna be a rough night on the Texas coast!!!!!!!!!!!!!
