Default Ranger Back up and Running

Took 3 1/2 hours. But I finally got the old connector removed and the new ones installed. Motor is running again and all the gages are working A-okay.
Sure wish I knew what was in that plug that caused all that corrosion.

New Connector cable was over $300.00. Too pricey for me.
Cost for Borg Warner Weather Pak 4 and 6 gang Plugs, boots and male/female connectors $28.83.

    FYI
Don't put the connectors into the plugs to test them out before you assemble. They won't come out without destroying them.
    and
Don't accidentally put the wrong wire connector in the wrong slot.

    Ranger fixed, Suburban sick.

    Suburban:
Was losing fuel pressure up to the fuel filter. So the problem is either the ecm controlling the fuel pump, the fuel pump relay or the fuel pump itself.
My basic equipment and knowledge was stretched as far as I could go. Fuel pump relay didn't fix it. Broke down and hauled it in to someone that has the equipment to drop the tank and replace the pump.

I'm down two vehicles out of three right now.

The shop that has the Honda can't seem to figure out why she is missing mid range RPM. I replaced all the electrical from rotor to spark plugs. They gave it a fuel rail cleaning and in intake cleaning. Fixed the problem for about 15 minutes while it was hot. Let her sit and she did it again.

    Oh well, It'll get better.

Can't beat a 12 valve cummins. Wish they built a 'Ramburban'. That would be a runner with a cummins.

Sorry to hear old smokey had a little burp.

Good luck on the next 300,000. That motor will go that far. Not sure about the body panels though.
