Default Bye Bye all the Sac-a-lait near New Orleans

If this storms hits New Orleans anything like Katrina did I don't think N.O . will be recovered. She might be lost forever. And all them lil Sac-a-lait in the surrounding areas.

They are showing at Category 3 now...Not looking too good for New Orleans, but it still has 2-3 days to make up its mind where it is gonna go.

right now they are projecting a 250 mile margin of error for where its gonna hit...I know they will be more accurate as this thing progresses.

    Default N. O.

I guess Bush and the government will be blamed if it does hit ''chocolate city ''. I use to go there from time to time, but after the way the people of New Orleans acted the way they did, I'll never go spend any money there.
The Mayor is a jerk and New Orleans is a doomed city, and they brought it all on them selfs.

I hate being in the target area, but really don't want it to hit NO either. I am inland enough or at least I use to think that before Rita, LOL! Looking like from NO to about where I am coast wise. Just tankful I am 100 miles inland. However if this thing gets as bad as Rita was it's not safe here either.

The eye stopped on top of us for 2 hours, well the eye was just far enough for the eye wall to be ponding us for over 2 hours.

Storm go away! We could use the rain, but this is not a good way to get it.

I get this gut feeling Bush has spoken to the Mayor of New Orleans in the past 2 days or so and let him know that the blame would not be accepted in Washington,D.C. this time

The future president of the United States...Gov. Bobby Jindal-(R) is on the job now...he is already doing the things necessary to make sure the Katrina fiasco does not happen again. but i still think New orleans should have been bulldozed and made into a state park and the city moved to the closest higher ground......just keep the french quarter since its on higher ground and did not flood during katrina...but the rest of the city should be a pecan orchard right now.
