i like the 3" with a 3/16 head for the bottom of my C&C/Reelfoot rigs. Another good 3" bait is a Culprit tassle tail.:D
You will be amazed at how many fish swallow these baits down deep in their mouths.
I do very well on 2" pumpkin / char.
big gills love em too.

You bet they catch fish, I have been using them for several years now. It has turned into my go-to lure. I have used 1 1/2" - 3". Pumpkin/char.

I use the crappie beaver made by Arkie. The bigger fish like the bigger bait, but some smaller ones hit it some too. I use them first when I approach a spot then go smaller. Works for me.
Creativity is just intelligence fooling around
I've had good luck with the pink/black 2" size.
I just started using the YUM beavertail and was amazed at how it sorted out the bigger fish. I'm using red shad/chartruse in very stained water and they are really working well.

Wasn't too impressed with them during the first several outings. Out caught them on fish using tubes until last night. Caught 19 in a little over an hour in a farm pond. They were flat inhaling them
