Set up a free account at photobucket.com and up load your pics there. You can resize them there or on your computer, but you need the large side to be 640 pixels.

Then once uploaded there will be 4 options under each pic and choose the bottom one to copy and then paste here in your post.

or if you have the pics stored on your computer you can send them just like any other e-mail. When you start a post look across the top bar, you will see a paper clip icon, click on that and a window will open to let you up load a pic from your files. very simple.
