Below the dam is your best bet to catch a lot of fish. Bucksaw area produced some nice fish for Jigging15 and I last Saturday and Sunday. Good luck.
I am taking a couple of clients fishing tomorrow (it is a great way to be able to expense out a fishing trip through the company expense account!) and we are heading to Truman. I have read the reports on here and it sounds like below the dam is producing. Has anyone had much luck above the dam? With the weather projected to be very windy, we might be better off below the dam regardless.
Any tips, pointers, locations, etc., would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
When in doubt, set the hook.

Got to the ramp by 6:30 and had a limit by 10AM this morning the last few were a little slow to catch. The Dam would be where I would go.
Fishing is always good. Catching is sometimes bad
I agree, below the dam is a good choice. Fished above Bucksaw in the Narrows monday evening and the water temp had dropped 3 degrees since friday afternoon. Caught a few but nothing to brag on. Good luck.
bmoffit - One of your clients wasn't a bald headed guy named Tim was it?

Not too bad below it. This is what we did today.
The top row is resting on a 2x12. Used my own homemade garlic spray with olive oil and minced garlic. Don't know if it helped, but it dang sure didn't hurt!

Fishin' is cheaper than a psychiatrist.
