nice fish!!!sure is nice to enjoy WARM weather again :D:D

Seeing and doing don't always come easy, and painting a crappie so it doesn't look painted is a daunting task for any fish taxidermist. The irridescence on crappies is astonishing. I never cease to be impressed by every one I see. This 13 1/2"er was the biggest of the two dozen I caught today.

I got to see one that looked just like it had came out of the water. But this guy put 5 times the average time in painting it.
But after a few months. The color faded on it. I am with you to get one mounted and it look like that.
Motel for a week $450
Gas $150
Food $290
4 lb mount that looks like that.. $$$ Priceless.
Nothing wrong with putting that wherever you see fit.
On the wall,,, in the pan or back in the pond. It's all good.
Perca, where do you hail from?
Mike
Hey Mike. I live in Gladwin. Lots of god crappie waters in my county.

It is not about the equipment you have to use,
It is about how you use the equipment you have. :D
