    well last fri we but 52 crappie in the live well

    today same lake same spot 1- 9" crappie and 1- 6lbs catfish LOL LOL

    water temp went down 5 deg no sun and 45deg

    MAYBE BETTER LUCK NEXT SPRING HA HA

    jimmie..........do you have any crappie in hazel creek lake? do you ever fish there for any other species? any info on that lake would be of interest to me.

    there are big crappie in hazel creek and real big musky too. i fished it 2 years ago and caught crappie 10- 15 in. . elect. motor only. :D

    A pattern over a day or two has been hard to come on loz since dec so don't feel lonley

    lots of small crappie in hazel creek 2 or 3 yrs ago the M.D.C. shocked up 2 crappie over the state record i forget the wt. but well over 5lbs

    big musky also

    big lake for elec. motor only i don"t fish it with the elec only if wind come up your in big trouble and real big trouble if they see you running outboard BIG FINE

    How big of a fine you talking about? I idled to spots on that lake before with my big motor- it seems unrealistic to only use a trolling motor on that lake. Besides, other MDC lakes let you idle your big motor on lakes of that size. I would like to fish it again sometime.

    I would like to have any fish in our boat at this point.Cant seem to get the weather and our days off on the same page But as wise men say things will get better.:D
