    Default New guy here.

Just wandering if any of you all on here can help me out with places to fish for crappie in Southern Indiana. I'm close to Illinois and Kentucky.

Dont know how far south you are, but there are the strip pits south of Terre Haute, Sulivan, and Turtle Creek on the west side of the state.

    Default ohio river

If the water stabilizes in May almost all the creeks that flow into the Ohio have crappies. I have had days 2 of us could catch 200 crappies with several over 15 inches. Look for standing timber.

I like West Boggs, but the last time I was there about a week ago, the water was very high. I have a camp site reserved for there in April. Hope the water goes down some by then.
