crapy tourney

i have never been to a crapy tourney. i was wondering how they "wiegh in". is it by wieght or length or numbers? thinkin about a friendly lil tourney here at cedarville res. any info would be apriciated guys.

I have fished alot of crappie USA tourneys we weigh our best 7 fish. Use to be 10. By the way where is cedarville res.
