Nice fish Travis. Enjoyed the article, very informative.
This is the first fish that I cought a Dardanell this weekend. It was also the first jig in a brush pile. The fish was 2.17 lb's and after that every thing went down hill. That was the last fish we cought that day. For any one interested I have a article on winter fishing on the Lake of the Ozarks at wwwbnmpoles.com

Nice fish, I will check out the article
Me and my partner caught about 40 bass between 12" and 14.5". Of course all keepers had to be 15". Finally gave up on that area about 1:30 and ran to a favorite cove of mine on the main lake. Have fished it 4 times in past 2 weeks without catching a fish. My partner immediately caught a 2.5 pounder. With 30 min. left in the tourn. I caught a 4.5 pounder. I haven't seen the results yet but was told that one fish may be good enough for about 20th out of 73. Better than nothing, I guess.
