Camp Ground
Does anyone know of a nice campground around lake monroe that a guy could set a camper on for the entire summer? Looked at one last Saturday called cedar ridge. They only had 2 sites left and they were both very small with no shade and $2750 for the summer. Have not bought a camper yet but wife said we should if we can find a nice place to set it with some good fishing. We live just north of Indy. Lake monroe is about as far as i want to drive every weekend.

My Grandmother owns JamiLou Shady Acres on Hwy 446 about 2 miles N of Paynetown. The annual rent that is no where NEAR what was quoted for Cedar Ridge, although I do not know exact figures. You rent the lot for 12 months and can leave the camper there over the winter if you like. She rents Annual Only, so no wild week-enders to deal with. My cousin has been running the campground for her since my grandfather's passing almost a year ago. If you are interested, PM me and I'll get a phone number for you.
