    Default High Rock 3/2

Slow day on the rock. Caught about 40 but they were all 5-6 inches long and skinny. Maybe five or six would have been good keepers. We spent most of our time fishing along the bank. Fishing around 3-7 feet deep. I thought they might have moved a little closer in but I guess the bigger guys were a little deeper.

40 ain't too slow a day. Long and skinny sounds like White Crappie. Fish the shallower water late in the day.
Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish, he'll sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

I saw this guy walking along the bank, just up from Buddle Creek yesterday evening...he had a pretty impressive stringer of crappie. He was about 1/2 mile from the boat ramp.

    Default buddle creek

i bank fish buddle creek all the time. Its a great place to fish of the bank. You have to go around the swimming area and walk about 5 minutes, all areas should be good fishing spots. Since i now have boat, i think i won't be doing much bank fishing at buddle creek anymore. Good luck. Now where is a good spot to fish on a boat?
