Good Deal. - If you are tightlineing it seems the minnow is the key there as of late
Beautiful day to be at the lake! Surface temp 49-50 *. Steady stream of fish on the depth finder, appear to be heading up-stream, heck, as far as I know, they may be heading south, none-the-less, for the most part 18 - 21 ft down, or 3 to 5 ft off the bottom. Brought home a dozen, all over 11 in and 2 just shy of 14 in. Threw back 25 or so, fished from 11:00 to 3:00. Most were caught on the standard gold hook w/ minnow, but several were caught on different variations of jigs tiped w/ minnow, to include red/wht, chart/blk, grn/wht. All were caught on structure in the channel.
Good luck!

Good Report. Hope you get more.
"Even a fish wouldn't get into trouble if he kept his mouth shut."
also fished at Falls monday (ENO River). Fishing partner and I must have caught at least a 100, kept 40 between 11-14 inches. Most were caught tight lineing minnows 4-6 ft deep in 8 ft of water. Caught some on Road Runners (1/32 oz with black and chartreuse curly tail grubs). Great day on the water for the first trip of 2008.
leekae thats a nice day on the water for sure! Thanks for the report. Did you run across any white bass on the eno? Getting to be that time soon. Welcome to the site by the way. Glad you decided to join us.
