Default Fresh Crappie Fillets and Eggs

Has anybody tried Crappie fillets and eggs for breakfast.

I light coating of Drakes fried in olive Oil or EVOO if you perfer and eggs. You can even use some those left over crappie fillets just reheat them in a pan.

Another favorite is Crappie and asperagus or Morals.

Tan't funny. Grits be good food.

Dude, crappie go good at any meal with any side. Like I tell my wife when we have a fish fry, we're having crappie... the rest of the menu is of little importance.

i know what ya'll mean by eggs, but crappie, bream, or even bass eggs aren't bad. Sometimes i have them as hor'dirves when frying fish. just season them very well with tony's then bread them and fry, watch out because they will pop and spit hot grease at you. just something we did when i was a kid and every now and again i get a hankering for it.
