Lake Moultrie & Marion

Hi,

I am looking for some help on where to catch crappie on these lakes and the techniques used. I am from Ohio and plan to make the long trip in August. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Michael , try the north carolina board.It seems that most of the sc fishermen post on that board , myself included.I dont know squat about crappie at santee , but Im fishing a catfish tournrment there in the fall.Good luck.Eric.

Look at the post on Crappie USA on Santee-Cooper elsewhere on this site. Santee- Cooper is really another name for Lakes Moultrie and Marion.

I heard while at santee this past weekend that the crappie are really thick in Jack's creek which is up lake on Marion.May want to give it a shot.Eric.
