Computer Question
When I receive emails with pictures I can usually right click on the picture and "save picture as". However several that I have received from friends that have Kodak Easyshare will not save...I get the following message:
The system cannot find the file specified...
Cannot find the C:/windows/system 32/mshtml.hlp file...
Any help on this will be appreciated...

Are you using IE7? From what I read, it is a problem with their program. But caint seem to find the file to re-install it. You may have to uninstall the program and revert back to an older version. I mainly use netscape and have never had that problem.. Good luck.

Thanks for the replies...I have had this problem since I replaced my hard drive..I have IE7 & OE6 now...Under my old system I used Netscape and never had this problem...I can now work around the problem by copying the picture to Paint and then saving it...I will wait until MS has a fix because I will totally destroy my system if I try fixing it with uninstalls & etc...

Not an expert here but some of my easyshare photo's I have to save as a jpeg.kodak uses adifferent format.Go to properties after you save it and change it manually to a jpeg.
