Simpson Lake Valley Park

Ok guys, have a question. Simpson Lake in Valley Park (St.Louis), is a County Park. I do know about the creel limit for Crappie there, have fished it several times. (know about the electric motor only also), but, does anyone know about the # of poles and hooks? I know that MDC says 3 poles, anything over 3 must have name and address etc...and upt to 33 hooks or something like that. I just got my boat configured to spider rig troll and want to give it a try on Simpson...does anyone know if there are "Simpson COUNTY Lake" regulations in regards to # of poles?
