DI - A good looking rig. I plan to do more slow trolling this year and am curious about your set-up - especially the plastic pipe. I am guessing that the plastic elbows are to keep the rods from sliding left or right ?? Are they resting on a pipe also ?? I have a board that just fits inside my boat up to front platform - fits snug and can't flip over, etc. Have mounted driftmaster bases to use my rod holders that I normally use long line trolling. Your holders look similiar to Wally Mart and would be a lot less expensive to use. I may look into something like your setup. JimA

The pvc pipe is to hold the rods up vertically when I'm moving from spot to spot. They help keep things organized, and rods safe, no one likes a broke rod tip. Rods are 6 BnM and 2 Wally M. tightline specials.

actually I think that was a small crappie, my wife caught it. Should have waited a little while to take that picture. Rod number 6. I count them from the left. Thats important when your tourney fishing.
