Solid Chartreuse
Lately I've been spending more time trying to decide what colors to use, than actually tying jigs! Once you get a certain amount of colors, the possibilities truely seem endless. So I want to hear what your favorite color combination is. I know the combo changes with the conditions, but if you were only allowed to have one color combo, what would it be?
Mine would be Chart/Black/Chart (head/body/tail).
Jeremiah 16:16a "But now I will send for many fishermen," declares the Lord, "and they will catch them."
Solid Chartreuse
I am right there with you DCCK. By far, that is my fav as well. 2nd place goes to white/blue/white.
#1 - solid chartreuse
#2 - solid white
I think other colors are more for the fisherman than the fish.
Blk/Chart,Blue/Wht,orange/Chart. anything chart.
pink head, black body, chartruese tail.
pink head, orange, chartruese
black head, silver, chartruese

Will fish for food!
Man you are making this tough with just one choice, but I have used this combo with Roadrunner since the late 70's...
Sorry couldn't just do one
Not as a Roadrunner...
I have a couple that have made me think about a few other favorites though and here they are...
Hard to tell but the tail is FL. Yellow
Also FL. Yellow...
The body is FL. Yellow and I have it in Hackle as well as Marabou.
I like and use white, chartruse, pink, and blue for my marabou. I use marabou on all my jigs just like the way the action is in the water.
How in the world do you guys get the Marabou to look like that?
Mine just looks like crap.
