The main trouble with stick steer is that over time, the wear causes the handle drift (change direction) quickly. I think the hydraulic addition might eliminate that problem. Will be interesting to hear more responses.
Anybody use them ? I just bought a WarEagle 1754vs and was considering installing hydraulic. Thoughts ?

I don't have it but want it in a big way...just a matter of time before I get it installed. I have driven SS boat with hydraulic steering and it sure is sweet. There is no drift at all with hydraulic SS.
Regards
Don’t remember the mans name but a year or so ago a gentelman on Arkansas board installed it on a 754. Pretty detailed description and pictures. Might do a search on hydraulic steering and see if you can find it or post on the Arkansas board. Don’t think he posts a lot but someone over there may remember who it was. I know if I had the money it would be on my 754 right now.
