I've tried them on the Big Niangua and never caught a bunch at one time but had some success over the years. They're worth checking out.

Has anyone tried the MDC spots that they provide exact GPS coordinates for the structure? I am most interested in the ones placed in the Upper Grand Glaize bc that is closest to my Lake house.
Has as anyone tried them and if so, have you had any luck on those spots?

They seem to service the brush piles at least every other year. I found that some get tended to more often than others, and thus are larger. I use the MO Fishing app on one of my cellular devices in conjunction with my graph on the boat to find most of the locations. When the icon on my cellular device is right on top of the icon on the map ( with the map fully zoomed in) I can then look at my sonar unit, and 9 times out of 10 there will be a brush pile on the screen. Some hold fish better than others, but generally speaking if they say there's one there it's usually there.
Hope this helps.
Fish on!
