Default Still no luck shallow on LOP

I have tried shallow at the start of every trip for the last 3 weeks. Water is 68 degrees but I am just not finding them shallow.
Moved out to 12' and hammered them so at least they are getting closer

Its hard to believe at 68 deg. they are not all oven the banks, but always have tricks to play with our mines.

Most have probably already spawned. My last trip there in late February the females we caught were about to explode with eggs.
