I hope folks here will understand that these videos are made to post on a site that caters to tourists and visitors to our area. Many are prospective customers of mine and other guides in our area. Many things will seem elementary to most here but there are very informative for many with less life or fishing experiences.

Thanks for the video and the crappie fillets in the air fryer information. I am in big need of losing a bunch of pounds myself but love my crappie fried. I am going to have to get my wife one of them air fryers for sure. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos.
Be safe and good luck fishing

I clean mine pretty much the same way. After cleaning many fish last year, at some point, I just started cutting right through the fin instead of lifting it up and getting behind it. Maybe it dulls the blade over time.. I don't know. I just find it saves me a little time. Maybe someone will convince me otherwise.

I cut through the first side & get behind it on the other. It keeps the loose skin from getting in the way when I clean the other side.

We just got a Power Air Fryer XL for Christmas, and love it. Wife cooked some chicken in it last night, and the grease was below the pan you cook in. They say that after you eat french fries cooked in it, you won't be happy with them any other way.
