Default Should have been in a green carp tourney.

Do not know how many of the NTS we boated but Paul and I were tired of them. Last year on this date we came home with 30 crappie this year 8. Still a beauty of a day and able to go fishing so hard to find much to complain about. Noticed the lake was really clear water and the ff was picking up schools at 30 plus ft. Quit fishing about 2pm and noticed several other fisher persons were taking out at same time one like us just a few. One all day and none. And one since daylight using minnows at 30-35ft on brush limited. So they are out there just adjust your fishing styles. Good day out with Paul and think we are gonna put the rigging poles out soon.Name: IMG_2672.jpg

Great job guys! I'm assuming you're talking about Stockton..... I was out there yesterday for 3 to 4 hours in the afternoon around Cedar Ridge and couldn't hardly even muster a bite! I noticed the same thing though, fish were very deep, or were stuck to cover on breaks close to deep water. Tight lipped none the less!

This winter has been tough for me on loz too. Im thinking the water got cold quicker than normal and pushed them deep but I could be wrong.

We always have a great day! I think Richard is right about the rigging, I will then get permission to use minnows! I think we would have won the green carp tournament. Looking forward to the next trip....

Oh I see. I went back to Pomme yesterday afternoon where I ran into you and minnowdipper, and managed to get 11 keepers in the boat.
