Water conditions were decent with 2 ft visibility and water temps from 52 in the morning to 56 in the afternoon. Lots of bass boats out and about with the Big Bass Bash going on. Fish were feeding shallow early and late and then seemed to move deeper during the day, although we also found some fish off the ends of dock during those times to. They are obviously not all doing the same thing at the same time. My buddy and I had 39 keeper size fish between late Friday night and Saturday. Elected to not to fight the rain on Sunday and fished off the dock for a couple hrs. We picked up 4 more keepers on the shallow slips and several shorts. Baits of choice were Bobby Garland slab slayers and Strike King Slabalicious with niblets. Good to get out on the water after a terrible beginning of April. I

Thanks for the report. Heading down on the 29th for our annual Crappie outing at a resort on the 47mm. No boat, so dock fishing. Hopefully they will still be around next week.
