I have seen this happen before, a unusually warm day several days after a cold storm, and the water is abnormally clear, I can see crappie on beds males and females. I did not frighten them, nobody catching them. what causes this, I remember from years past that conditions change very quickly, and tomorrow might be normal water clarity, and aggressive fish.

I've read of folks (crappie and bream folks) always sayin they can't get fish they can see to bite.... if you can see them they can see you.... more than likely they are watchn you and not your jig....
Back out a bit and fish the structure you can't see and you'll catch fish.....
