Grandson home for spring break

Wanted a day fishing with Grpa. so off we went. Took some of Jared's advice and went to truman. Got a tip from Jeff about bait and location. Feller on dock at Bucksaw confirmed advice and since the parking lot was full of Guide service trucks and trailers felt we were in the right area. Had a good day with the first year college boy. We even caught some good un's to bring home. Even got in trouble for not getting a picture with him

That's awesome! I've gotta admit I'm a little jealous! Looks like you guys had a good time. Your youngest two grand kids at this house are fishing down at the springs for trout with their other grandpa. He came down for the weekend. You might run into them if you feel like fishing for slimers! I've gotta go do some drywall finishing. Still haven't put a hook in the water this year.
