Ran down after church and before the light rain was to get here. Caught several crappie, couldn't keep those male whites off the hook. The lake is back up to normal and water temp is 52.5. Love spring crappie fishinig.

There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.
Rangerdave, if I could ask what part of TR do you fish and how is the water clarity? I was on LOZ Friday and had to fish near the dam. I usually fish Linn Creek but it was like chocolate milk.
Thanks for the report Dave.
One good thing about those male whites biting- the females will be there soon and they are a lot of fun to catch. Spent a lot of time on Table Rock chasing whites up the rivers in the spring, my honeymoon included. Glad you got to get out and go, thanks for the report.
