Join the crowd. I know Slab is checking on it.
anyone else experiencing this. have posted a lot of pics since new app put out. HELP. thanks in advance
I made some size changes. Gonna require a reboot. Try again in the morning please. no guarantees
hdhntr thanked you for this post
Same here.
Might just have to reset the picture size on your phone. I opened my "Camera" and clicked on the "Settings" icon (the gear/cog) and under the heading of "Video size" there are three choices :
HD 1280x720
VGA 640x480
QVGA 320x240
My phone is set on the HD 1280x720 size (5 megapixel camera) and I don't have any problem posting pics.
*There is a notice that comes up on the Crappie.com app that says "Network Error, please try again later", but goes away and does not seem to keep me from viewing messages & pics or using the app to post my own.
There is a notice on the Tapatalk app that comes up when I go to post a pic that says "Photo Sharing ... This community has disabled photo sharing to Tapatalk, your photo will be shared to forum directly as an attachment instead" --- I just click on the "OK" and go ahead and post my pics. (I assume that's just saying that Tapatalk is not hosting my pics, but attaching them directly to the forum I'm engaged in posting on, whatever website forum that may be)
As I've stated in other threads on this subject, my app versions (C.c & Tapatalk) are not the latest updated versions. My Tapatalk is version 6.5.6 (build 883) and my C.c app version is 5.3.1 (build 2130002, base on 30530016). And there has been some discussion on whether the updates may have been causing some of the problems.
Hopefully, Slab can figure it out and get a "fix" installed.
One noticable issue that slab and I have worked on is related specifically to the different IOS version.
Android devices not being able to see photos posted by Apple IOS devices. This isn't always hard and fast as certain Samsung models are also effected. I use an Android with the latest IOS and I cannot see any photos posted by Apple devices.
I have OCD "Obsessive Crappie Disorder"
Question, do you know how big the pic actually is? If not, and if you can email the original, send it to me at [email protected] and I'll see how big it really is. And heck, I'll see if I can post it as well.
