Sorry to hear that, Grumpa.....That's a sad situation for a family....DemoMan
they have recovered a 59 year old man, and a 29 year old man, an 8 year old boy is still missing, what I heard they had just bought a boat an were taking it out for first time, boat ran out of gas and the high winds blew them over the spillway. please keep their families in your prayers. My brother-in -law was the first person to drown on Lake Clinton, almost 26 years ago, not much good to say about that lake

[/URL]It seems like the only time I hear about that lake is when someone is dying there and I hear about that most every year, What's up with that lake? Must have a serious curse on it. I wont be fishing there..Originally Posted by Grumpa

That's bad news for sure. I fish a small lake occasionally and you can ride right up to the dam and look over the side. The water is close to 150', so it's a long way down. It has always suprised me there wasn't a something keeping you from getting this close.
That is so sad. My prayers go out to their family and friends.
That is sad, Will be praying for the family..
