Black and chartreuse followed close by purple chartreuse. Think you can catch crappie just about anywhere at any time on one or the other.
What Cray said.....and orange/chartreuse is good too
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

If I had to chose, tube colors would be the same for any soft plastics I use:
pearl
chartreuse with black or silver flakes
chartreuse with a spot of Spike-It orange
pink
green pumpkin with black or silver flakes
brown pumpkin with black flakes
methylate (reddish orange)
Solid black - nope.
Blue body - Chartreuse skirt (silver metalflakes optional) .... I've literally caught hundreds of Crappie on this color combo, and in fact I'm still using it as my 1st choice when casting tube jigs.
I started with the BPS Sparkle Squirt hollow tube ... "Electric Blue / Chartreuse". When I went to solid body tubes I originally used CrappiePro, then they stopped making plastics and I went to using Crappie Thunder Tubes .... "Pearl Blue/Aqua Chartreuse".

My best color is the one they are biting! I'll usually start with purple/chartreuse, but I'm quick to make a call to the bullpen if it ain't working!

Black/chart seems to be my most consistently good color combo,blue/ chart, red/ chart,pink/chart seem to work pretty good as well.
I like the Mid South tube in the Pilsbury color, has filled many limits.
In my clear water they like blue or purple and white
