I'm concerned that I'm screwing up! I love the Ulterra, just frustrated with options for mounting a 360 unit. I bought a separate mount for the 360 but I'm already crowded at the bow. I just don't have room it, I wasn't crazy about aftermarket options that fit the Ulterra. I plan to go to the Ultrex just for the 360 mounting options, I rarely use the foot control with my Ulterra. This move is strictly for mounting options for the 360. It maybe a mistake! I have had zero issues with the TM and I love it!

You may be right! Do you have an Ultrex?

I would keep the Ulterra if I had a neat way to mount the 360. One after market mount takes about 6" of shaft away. This will put the TM head right in poles and bump them with every turn. I have tried to figure a way to mount it but I can't come up with one.

Check these guys out. They can set you up. Their mount can be installed anywhere out of your way and they will walk you through what you need.

    Thanks!

I have one I will sell! It is not stable in rough water let's the unit move around causing a blurry return. It would probably be fine on a low bow boat but wasn't on my boat.
